PRE DESIGN
Prior to any design work commencing we spend time understanding your project. This may take the form of a meeting with you possibly on your site or a more formal feasibility analysis.

We gather information about your site, understanding the location and the planning and land use requirements.

We gain understanding of your goals for the project and the scope of the project. Some preliminary area analysis and budget discussions and analysis may also take place.
​
A fee proposal for your project is provided based upon your scope of works and expected budget.
Renovations
A renovation project will require a site measure up and the preparation of existing conditions drawings.
Land Survey
We generally recommend a Feature and Level survey of your site be conducted and in some cases a Title Re-establishment Survey. Organising the survey is typically one of the first items we do once you have given us authority to proceed with your project.
