This renovation included upgrading and updating of the original Edwardian home in addition to the creation of a single storey contemporary rear extension.  Being located in a heritage zone of Williamstown the extension was designed to not be visible from the front.

The rear extension provides a light filled living area, flowing out into the covered outdoor living and pool area.  The volume of the extension complements the generous proportions of the original dwelling and the wide central hallway seamlessly connects the old and new areas of the home.
